Are there any additional costs for the shipping/handling of my catalog order? Yes. Postage for mailing of our catalogs is $5.00 within the United States. Catalogs are mailed via USPS Priority 2-3 Business Day Mail.
Why doesn't my credit card work? General
Guidelines:
First, you must order a stencil catalog. As you read on our home page, we have access to just about every stencil manufacturer in the United States, in addition to some from Canada & Europe; almost 50 companies in all! We research all the designs in our library and create "Themed Stencil Catalogs". Our catalogs are a loose packet of full-color copies, made in a copy machine, from the stencil company's book.
When will you ship my catalog? We will ship your custom catalog via USPS Priority 2-3 Business Day Mail within 2-3 business days from the date of your order.
What do I get when I place an order from the website? You get a loose packet of full color photocopies, or as we refer to it, a "Stencil Catalog".
The first step is to order a stencil catalog. After you have decided on a stencil from the catalog, phone, fax or email your order to us. Your stencil order will arrive in 7-10 business days.
Why are the catalogs different prices? Our prices are based on the number of pages per catalog. 1 -
5 pages = $3.00
No, we do not give refunds towards the purchase of a stencil from catalog orders. We hope you understand that the price of our catalogs simply covers the cost of research, production, and postage of your catalog.
Why can’t you email me the designs? The current technology available does not offer the capability to store and email over 20,000 designs electronically.
Why are the stencils more expensive than the ones in craft shops and department stores? Because they are professional stencils which produce superior results. Professional quality designer stencils are constructed of a material called "mylar", which is a thin plastic material, either clear or opaque or blue in color. It is durable and flexible, with multiple overlays which make them easy to use. Typically, one color is reserved for one piece of mylar. Occasionally, stencil companies do feature more than one color per piece of mylar, but with adequate amounts of space as to avoid close contact of opposite color areas. You will find a wide selection of exquisitely detailed, realistic designs which will ensure results you will be proud of. Department store stencils are thick, non-flexible, and opaque with single overlay construction which is difficult to use. They use simplistic, cookie-cutter designs resulting in unimaginative low quality results. The average cost of professional quality designer stencil, of an average size of 6" X 12", 2 overlays, and fairly simple in design, is typically $30.00. Compared to wallpaper, this is quite affordable. In general, the price of a stencil is a reflection of it's size, number of overlays and design intricacy.
How do I order a stencil after I have received my catalog order? Please refer to the "Ordering Instruction Letter" that you received with your catalog, ie. packet of loose copies. It is the page with a checkerboard around the entire perimeter, and a "Catalog Date" hand written in red ink, close to the upper right hand corner. The letterhead at the top of the page displays our oval logo in the upper left hand corner, and all of our contact information in the upper right hand corner. If this cover letter with ordering instructions was inadvertently missing from your packet of copies, please follow the instructions below.
PRICES: Prices are listed on the pages of designs. If not, match the code at the top of the page with the same code at the top of the “Price List”.
TO ORDER STENCILS: You may email your order. (Our web site does not accept stencil orders, only catalog orders.) For your convenience, we can use the same credit card number and same shipping address that was used for your catalog order. We will keep this information on file for 90 days from the “Catalog Date”, at which time we will delete it from our files. Stencils are generally received in 7-10 business days from the next business day’s date.

Email: denise@csstencils.com Shipping costs are not included in the price of the stencils. When you place your order, we will give you a total amount, including the shipping. Orders from more than one stencil company will result in more than one shipping charge.
IMPORTANT: ALL SALES FINAL. “No return/No refund/No exchanges”. Please be sure that the stencil’s size will work for your project. The actual size of the stencil is 2-4” wider and longer than the width/length of the stencil’s design.
Please Note: Most stencil companies change their line of designs every year, if not several times during the year. In doing so, new designs are added, but more importantly, some designs are discontinued. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that these designs will be available indefinitely. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you place your order within 3 months of the date of your receipt of this catalog. |
