We locate stencil designs in the category, make full-color photocopies of the entire page that features these designs, (other designs, not related to the catalog, will also appear on the same page), exactly as they appear in the stencil companies' books, and send this loose packet of photocopies or "catalog", as we refer to it, via USPS Priority 2-3 Business Day Mail.
